CAS with Twine

Some day soon I will get back to making trading cards, but in the meantime the challenges over at Splitcoaststampers are helping me get some of my Christmas cards made! The clean and simple challenge this week was to use twine. Well, I have lots of that!! I love using it on cards because it’s less bulky than ribbon. This card was made with an older Cuttlebug embossing folder for the background, tricked out in Stickles. The die and sentiment is from Papertrey Ink; the clear set of stamps is called In the Meadow and there is a set of matching dies for the solid images. The possibilities with this set are endless!!

  1. oh Jan! I love this! Are you sending me one? The dies are still not in stock and I don’t think I have this folder either… poor Pam!!! oh awesome… this is so creative and fun! I love the scarf… two of our daughters are knitting up a storm, so this is so “them” right now! ‘specially w/all the kids too! So are you sending me one? I could say that about all your cards!!! That’s how we met all those years ago!!! Me pleading… so humbling…but….
