Pumpkin and pecan pie are the traditional desserts on our Thanksgiving table, but in the interest of cutting back (calories and time), pumpkin always wins out. I guess it’s just more kid-friendly. This little baker appears to have made a pumpkin pie, too. I decided the other pie was apple, so I topped it with a few stickles to mimic the dusting of sugar that I sprinkle on my own apple pie creations.
All the paper is from Little Yellow Bicycle, and the spatula is a Doodlebug brad. I cross-stitched the fabric myself, which is leftover from the days I would cross-stitch for fun rather than make artist trading cards!
Happy Thanksgiving, everyone!
