I just finished this twinchie for a PAT (pick-a-theme) swap at Splitcoaststampers. The recipient’s theme was “windows”. The theme at Three Muses this week is also windows, so I am finally able to link up some art to their challenges again. Rarely do I have time to do challenges outside of the commitments I make for swaps, so I was very happy that this week was a match for me!
I used a Maya Road chipboard window and painted it with Picket Fence distress paint to give it the old, peeled paint effect. The background scene is a freebie from the internet, as is the lovely lady. It is hard to see in this photo, but I also put a piece of mica behind the window frame to mimic glass. I hope my swap partner likes it!
This is a great. I like the effect of the lattice work on your window.
